It seems Apple has left the tradition of releasing one phone per year. Katy Huberty of Morgan Stanley suggests that the tech giant is considering faster refreshes of its iOS devices from 2014. The statement is based on an assessment with Apple’s top executives. Apple’s top competitors namely Samsung, HTC, Sony are known for releasing more than a single flagship handset per year. Samsung has the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note III which already have done so well in the market, HTC has HTC One and the Max Build, Sony offers the Sony Xperia Z in different configurations. All the three have benefited in a great way with this game plan. So is Apple going to revamp its strategy accordingly?  The phablet class iPhone will be a great handset surely. Apple Inc is bound to attract a higher customer base and provide satisfaction to the already millions of Apple handset users. Apple aficionados can expect 4.7-inch and 5.7-inch handset upgradations, as per the NPD DisplaySearch report. Some other reports suggest that Apple wants to focus on one-hand use for navigation, despite the large screen, for better user experience. iPhone 6/iPhone Air will have a sapphire glass cover, Sharp IGZO technology, 64-bit processor with M7 coprocessor chip, 128GB flash storage and a facility for “charging-on-the-go” with solar panel built in the phone.  If the news is indeed true, a first quarter debut for iPhone 6 is expected, followed by the release of the second handset towards the end of 2014.
