However, you could try going old-school manual to try and get the OTA on your Blackberry 10. Log on to the BlackBerry Software Update page on your computer. Check for the OTA and try to install it via the computer on to your BlackBerry. Try and get the Blackberry Link on your computer—make sure it is the latest. Once both devices sync up, reload the device software. If you are in luck, the OTA could be on the list of the device software found.
