You simply have to enter one string query in the search bar—nachos, lasagna or pasta—and the best options for eating and to visit will be visible on your screen. The new Foursquare update also comes with a Best Nearby option that gives you all the places to see in your vicinity. The app will also share details of friends who have checked in to nearby places and what they have liked. You can zoom out of the map to see more places and look up more friends. It also comes with a Nearby Friends option. The bottom three tabs at the bottom of the older Foursqare have been replaced with the Drawer. With Drawer, you can tap the top left corner of the screen to view the entire menu. The app also allows users to share information with their friends who have not installed the app. Friends will be connected to a page that will have details such as tips, photos and contact details.
