LG has changed its perception about tablet market too and new Android tablets will also be launched soon by the company after releasing some hybrid tablets last year as referred by Kim. He also noted about the duopoly of Apple and Google and wished to minimize its reliance on these companies by using the Firefox OS or other systems. Kim’s statement was misinterpreted and clarified by senior official of LG that it would certainly like to collaborate with Google if opportunities are given.
