The premium Galaxy smartphone rumors have been surfacing for quite some time, suggesting that Samsung is working towards launching a smartphone with a more stylish metal build. Samsung Galaxy S5 was anticipated to be launched in two variants, one with a plastic body and the other with a metallic build, but nothing seems feasible so far. An Apple-centric publication has been quoted saying that, “With a 4.7-inch iPhone rumored to be on the horizon, Samsung is reportedly readying its first non-plastic handset for a September unveiling in what could be an attempt to stave off defections from Galaxy buyers waiting for a larger-screened option from Apple.” The rumored Samsung Galaxy F is likely to be having some slight improvements compared to the company’s flagship Galaxy S5. The metal smartphone is expected to be equipped with a 5.3-inch QHD display having a pixel resolution of 2560 x 2440. The smartphone would be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM. Meanwhile, some other rumored specifications are a 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a heart-rate sensor, a fingerprint scanner as well as dust- and water-resistance.
