Starting with Microsoft Surface Pro 2, this 7.5-inch tablet is designed with a resolution of 1,400 x 1,050 pixels. Expected to hit the shelves soon, this device will join the league of small tabs available in the market. Powered by Intel processors, the Surface Pro 2 might roll out with Intel Core i5. With an updated version of Windows OS, the tab will boast of up to 128 GB internal storage. Coming over to Apple iPad 5, the fifth-gen iPad will sport Retina display feature. With a 9.7-inch screen size, the tab will have chamfered edges and curves along with dark aluminum backplate. Designed to be thin, the iPad 5 is expected to be around 4mm shorter and 17mm narrower than its predecessor. Thinner and lighter, Apple is reportedly switching to Sharp’s ultra-thin IGZO technology in its next iPad. Considering the last, 10.1-inch Sony Xperia Z tablets will be rolled out with Google Android 4.1 processor. With 8.1 megapixels cam, these tabs have a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. Being dust and water resistant, the Xperia Z tabs are slim and light. At 6.9mm, these tabs weigh less than 500 grams.
