Nokia Lumia 920: We’re starting with the Lumia 920 since it’s already been launched and has been something of a face-saver for Nokia. With a 4.5-inch HD screen and a 331 ppi resolution, it’s a treat to view stuff on the Lumia 920. We have fallen head over heels for its bright, quirky colored body, making the phone a bit of a fashion statement too. Powered by Windows Phone 8, the Lumia 920 has a 1.5 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM. The phone is equipped with a 8 MP rear camera that can even record videos at 1080p resolution. Connect the Lumia 920 to the internet on 4G networks to enjoy superfast browsing speeds on the go. With 32 GB of internal storage, the only thing missing was a microSD card slot on the Lumia 920. With over 100,000 apps on offer, Windows Phone Marketplace will ensure that you remain hooked onto this phone. RIM BlackBerry 10: One of the biggest disappointments of this phone, even before it launches, is the lack of 4G connectivity. With a 4.2-inch display, it’s not as big as the Lumia 920, but it does have a better ppi count of 355 ppi, which makes for sharper reproduction of images. While we are not sure of the processor within the BlackBerry 10, what we do know is that it will have 1 GB of RAM, which gives it equal footing in this comparison with the Nokia Lumia 920. With 16 GB of internal storage as well as a microSD card slot, we do think RIM’s been more thoughtful than Nokia in this aspect. However, with only over 40,000 apps on offer, the BlackBerry Apps World has far more limited choices than for Windows Phone 8 users. Samsung Galaxy S4: Even though Samsung hasn’t yet confirmed any of the rumors we’ve been hearing about the Galaxy S4, we’re hoping to see the successor of the popular Galaxy S3 to have a 5-inch display, a quad-core processor and 2 GB of RAM. As is Samsung’s design, we can hope to see even a microSD card slot in this phone. According to rumors, the Galaxy S4 will run on Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, which is expected to be launched sometime by May 2013. We’re not sure if this phone will also work with an S-Pen, like the Galaxy Note 2 though. But with hundreds of thousands of apps, the Android-based Samsung Galaxy S4 will definitely be worth the wait!
