The charger can be purchased in four different color options – red, white, black and blue. The charger is very small in size, with the dimensions of 90mm x 30mm x 30mm. The device weighs just 95 grams and contains a 2600mAh automotive grade cell. The charger has green status indicator LEDs that keep you updated about how much charge it has left in itself. The company has claimed that the charger has a life cycle of more than 1000 charges, double than the standard phone batteries. The main reason behind such fast charging is an accompanying dock that offers an ultra fast charge rate, specifically 20 times faster than a USB 2.0 port. The charger is also equipped with a new kind of a connector which is currently being reviewed under a patent, so the company has not disclosed any information about it. The Petalite Flux is likely to be put up on Indiegogo for crowd-funding, with the campaign scheduled to start later in August 2014.
