Following their own line of thought, the merge of search giant and iOS photo-sharing app was announced in a post by Vic Gandotra, Senior Vice President of Engineering, Google. According to Jon Peddie Research, Nvidia shipped 22.2 million PC GPUs in Q3, a 19.6 increase over the second quarter. Its market share rose by 4% from14.8 percent to 18.5 percent. Meanwhile Intel and AMD failed to make it. Intel’s shipments dropped by 8 percent to 71.7 million, while AMD managed to ship 25.4 million. AMD’s market share plummeted by 2 % from 22.7 to 21.2 percent. However, overall GPU shipments in Q3 fell 4....

Apple chief executive officer Tim Cook has indeed apologized for the phone maker’s Maps application. The CEO posted a letter posted to the company’s website and said that Apple was extremely sorry for the frustration that customers have had with their maps. He added that Apple is now trying to improve the application for users. At the same time, he suggested that users can try other map applications available at the App Store such as Bing, MapQuest and Waze....

According to certain reports, the demand for the iPhone 5 has even surpassed the sale record of the company’s 4S as was reported earlier too. According to a poll of 4,270 primarily North American consumers done by ChangeWave in September, around 31 percent of respondents were either “very likely” or “somewhat likely” to buy the iPhone 5.
