The upcoming smartphone was previously believed to be dubbed as the Galaxy S5 Zoom or the Galaxy K Zoom, but now it is likely to be commercially launched as the Galaxy K. The details about its dimensions are still unclear as it is believed to be wrapped in what looks like a silicon case. The smartphone is appearing less bulky than its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom. The smartphone is likely to be equipped with several advanced features and specifications that its previous versions. It would boast a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, a six-core Samsung Exynos 5 Hexa SoC and 2GB of RAM. The camera quality of the smartphone would be exceptionally great, with a reportedly 20-megapixel rear shooter with 10x digital zoom and a Xenon flash. The camera phone would also be having a 2-megapixel front shooter and would operate on the very latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat straight out of the box. Samsung Galaxy K would borrow some features from the company’s latest flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S5. Samsung has still not made any official announcement about its upcoming Galaxy K camera smartphone, but the company is due to conduct an event on April 29, which is less than a week away. The smartphone is likely to be disclosed to the public in the event, as Samsung has offered hints in this regards in its invite. However, Samsung has not yet provided any details in regard to pricing or worldwide availability for the Galaxy K.
