Samsung Galaxy Mega: The Galaxy Mega comes in 2 flavors – one with a 5.8-inch screen and the other with a 6.3-inch screen. The latter has already been unveiled and is powered by a dual-core 1.7 GHz processor and 1.5 GB of RAM. The HD screen has a resolution of 1280X720 pixels and comes with 8 GB of 16 GB of internal storage. Of course there’s a microSD card slot as well. The cameras have a resolution of 8 MP and 1.9 MP and the device runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. It is expected to hit European markets by sometime next month. LG Optimus G Pro: LG’s flagship smartphone for this year comes with a 5.5-inch full HD screen and a resolution of 401 ppi. It’s powered by a quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait processor and 2 GB of RAM. There’s a 13 MP rear camera and a 2.1 MP one in the front. There’s more internal storage as well – 32 GB as well as microSD card support. It runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and should most likely be more expensive than the Galaxy Mega.
