From 20 patents recently published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for Samsung, we believe that Samsung could put in a curved screen in the Galaxy Note 3 and technology that could make this phablet almost impossible to destroy.     A recently leaked image shows a device with an extremely large screen, and just a narrow space to fit in a camera and speaker on the front, without a Home button. There’s a power button on the top of the device, reminding us of the iPhone 6 design. The device also features an interesting flip cover for the camera’s lens, but there isn’t much detail on this provided in the patents. According to rumors, Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 could have a 5.9-inch screen, be powered by an 8-core Exynos 5 processor and 3 GB of RAM, and have a 13 MP rear camera. We had originally expected the device to run on Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, but since Google is yet to release the brand new OS, some reports suggest it could come with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean too.
