Sony Xperia Z: We’re going to start with this one not just because it’s fabulous, but also because it was one of the first few amazing devices launched in 2013. Dust and water resistant, it sports a 5-inch full HD display and is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 2 GB of RAM. It’s really sleek and we love its 13.1 MP rear camera with the Sony Exmos RS sensor. There’s also a 2,300 mAh battery to give it quite a long life. LG Optimus G Pro: This is definitely the largest device in this category with its 5.5-inch display with a 1080X1920 pixel resolution. It’s more powerful than the Xperia Z with its quad-core 1.7 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM, and sports a mammoth 3,140 mAh battery. In terms of camera though, its 13 MP rear camera is comparable with that of the others featured here. BlackBerry Z10: The revamped BlackBerry experience was also unveiled this year, and boy, were we impressed! It lost all its boring interface and looks all ready to take on the likes on iOS and Android, promising users not just more features to enhance their work lives but also offering a better balance with personal lives. Its 4.2-inch screen with a resolution of 1280X768 pixels may seem smaller than the others in this league, but it’s powered by a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM. An 8 MP rear camera makes it a pretty decent shooter too. Samsung Galaxy S4: Samsung unveiled its latest flagship smartphone very recently after months of speculation. The Galaxy S4 has a 5-inch full HD screen with a resolution of 441 ppi and comes in two versions – one with Samsung’s own 8-core Exynos 5 processor and another with a quad-core 1.9 GHz processor. Both of these versions have 2 GB of RAM, making this one of the most powerful phones out in the market yet. There’s a 13 MP rear camera with a lot of new camera features as well to keep the shutterbugs happy. HTC One: HTC unveiled quite a pleasant surprise with its HTC One flagship smartphone. Sporting a 4.7-inch full HD screen with a very high resolution of 468 ppi, it’s powered by a quad-core 1.7 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM. What makes this phone even more exciting is the Ultrapixels camera offering more true-to-life captures. So, which of these are you planning to make your next purchase?
