Asus: According to rumors, Asus will showcase some of its 7-inch tablets at the event. One such tablet we’re hoping to get a look at is the Asus ME172V, an affordable Android tablet with a 7-inch 1024X600 pixel resolution display, a low-end processor and a price-tag of $130. We could also get to see the Asus ME371MG, a 7-inch tablet with an IPS display having a resolution of 1280X800 pixels, powered by an Intel Atom processor, and a 3 MP camera. This tablet could be priced at under $250. HTC: HTC could offer a peek at the HTC M7 flagship smartphone for 2013 – featuring a 1080p resolution display and powered by a Qualcomm S4 processor. We can hopefully also get a look at 7-inch and 12-inch tablets from HTC running on Windows RT at the event. LG: We’ve been hearing rumors that LG’s busy working on a high-end Android phablet with a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1080p and powered by a Snapdragon S4 processor. Maybe CES 2013 is when we get to see this nifty device? LG could also showcase its new range of SoCs powered by Cortex-A15 processors and Mali-T604 graphics that could power mobile devices as well as smart TVs and other gadgets. Samsung: Of course, this is going to generate the greatest level of excitement at the event. World’s largest smartphone maker is expected to show its bendy 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED displays. We’re also hoping to get a peek at Samsung’s 13.3-inch slate that resembles the Asus Transformer, as well as Samsung Galaxy Note 7, which would be powered by a 1.6 GHz Exynos 4412 processor and have a screen with a resolution of 1280X800 pixels. Samsung might even showcase its Galaxy S4, but only to its company executives. Maybe it would even give us a little insight into its new range of Tizen smartphones during CES 2013. Sony: Now, we all know how Sony is working aggressively to increase its lineup of Android-based smartphones. So maybe CES 2013 will be the event when Sony would take the wraps off its Sony Xepria Z or Yuga monster phone with a 5-inch display, as well as Odin smartphone, both of which would feature HD displays and Exmor RS cameras. Also expected to be showcased is the affordable HuaShen Android smartphone.
