To take on rivals in the smartphone market, Samsung Galaxy S5 comes with a water and dust resistant body. It has a 5.1-inch high definition display and offers better battery life than the Galaxy S4. Loaded with Google’s Android software, this phone also comes with a download booster for fourth-generation networks and Wi-Fi. This phone has a classy look with a perforated leather-like back. It will come in four colors–black, white, blue and gold. The most impressive feature of this phone would be its camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels and advanced High Dynamic Range (HDR). It also has the world’s fastest autofocus speed at 0.3 seconds. The other superb feature is its finger scanner in the Home button. This will offers users a secure system to protect the phone and make mobile payments safer for consumers.      Samsung Galaxy S4 saw severe competition from other smartphones in the market as 63.5 million units of the device were shipped according to analysts. In comparison, 51 million iPhones were shipped in the last quarter of 2013. Interestingly, while the Samsung S4 had a grand launch, its successor was launched at the less glamorous MWC, sharing the dias with Sony, Huawei Technologies and HTC. Samsung S5 will hit the shelves in April.
