In the design department, both high-end devices are similar in more ways than one. The Galaxy Note 3 looks a little more rectangular than the Galaxy S5. Essentially, the Galaxy S5 sports a faintly bigger and stunning 5.1-inch screen display. One striking difference between the two devices is the inclusion of fingerprint scanner in the Galaxy S5 which is found at the home button of the newly launched device. Though both the devices are much similar with respect to weight and thickness, the Galaxy Note 3 is slightly larger. The Samsung Galaxy S5 carries the second biggest screen in this comparison but it is not as large as the Nexus 5 or the Galaxy S4. Though the screen size of the Galaxy S5 is close to that of the Note 3, the S5 does not include a S –Pen stylus, found in Note devices. Also, the Galaxy S5 is faintly thicker as opposed to its predecessor S4 but still thinner as compared to the Galaxy Note 3. S5 is powered by a 2.5 GHz 800 CPU while the Note 3 comes powered by a 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 processing unit as well as Adreno 330 GPU.
