The most shocking thing about the Galaxy Note series was that it was initially written off by many tech enthusiasts when it first came out in the market. But now, it’s been selling like hot cakes, and even if it’s no match to the Apple iPhone or Samsung’s very own Galaxy S3, it’s still holding its own fan-base in this very competitive market. Since the Galaxy Note II came out a few months ago, reports indicate that Samsung has managed to sell five million units – that’s almost three times faster sales than its predecessor, the Galaxy Note. The dual-sim model, dubbed as GT-N7102, has GSM/HSDPA connectivity on both SIMs. But the rest of the specs remain the same – the 5.5 inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1.6 GHz quad-core processor, and Android Jelly Bean. Among the two SIM card slots, one is a mini SIM slot and the other is a MicroSIM slot. However, the potential bad news for US customers is that this dual-sim Galaxy Note II may never release in the American markets. For now, it’s coming out primarily for the Chinese customers, and would make an ideal device for businessmen with its top-notch tech specs.
