Samsung has launched three smartphones i.e. Galaxy Star 2, Galaxy Star Advance and Galaxy Ace NXT for those who want something that fits their budget. At the same time, these smartphones provide additional usage benefits for internet savvy users. An interesting feature of these phones is that they come with dual SIM card. They will also function on Google’s Android 4.4 Kit-Kat and come in the price range of Rs. 5,100 to Rs. 7,400. At the same time, these phones will support 12 regional languages. To attract more users to buy, Samsung has tied up with Vodafone to offer a plan where the users would get 200MB of data per month for the first 6 months. Samsung Galaxy Star 2 will cost Rs. 5,100 while both the other phones would cost Rs. 7,400. Samsung is yet to announce on the availability of these handsets. If you compare the phones, Galaxy Star 2 has 3.5 inch HVGA (320 x 480 pixels) display, whereas Galaxy Star advance and Galaxy ACE NXT has WVGA (480×800 pixels) display with 4 inch and 4.5 inch respectively. Galaxy Star 2 is powered by a single core processor 1 GHz whereas the other two with 1.5 GHz. All the three come with 512 MB of RAM and comes with 4 GB on board storage which can be extended up till 32 GB with an additional microSD card. Only a feature which Galaxy Star 2 does not have compared to Advance and Ace NXT is 3G connectivity. Galaxy Star 2 features a 2 mega pixel camera with a 1,800 mAh battery. Galaxy Advance and Ace NXT have 3 mega pixel cameras with addition of LED flash in Galaxy Ace NXT.Galaxy Star Advance is powered by a 1,800mAh battery whereas Galaxy Ace NXT1,500mAh battery.
