Makers of mobile phones are continually aiming at giving their users a bigger and better experience as far as smartphone screens are considered. After Sony Xperia’s  5-inch phablet rumor, it is Samsung who is rumored to bring out a 6.3 inch Galaxy Note III device. According to officials from a local parts suppliers Samsung has been developing Note III’s 6.3 inch display by using OLED display. The reports have also suggested that in 2013 the company would start producing more of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and plastic-based flexible displays and less of Liquid Crystal display (LCD) units. Successor to Note1, Galaxy Note 2 was revealed in IFA. The phone sported a 5.5 Super AMOLED and its USP was the ‘pen stylus’. Galaxy Note 2 has become an instant hit and Samsung has managed to sell 5 million units of Samsung Galaxy Note II within two months of Phablet hitting the market. There is also rumor floating around that Samsung is expected to unveil its Galaxy S IV smartphone early next year, perhaps at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2013. Samsung Galaxy S IV may have 4.99-inch Super AMOLED full-HD display.
