Now it’s no more Apple’s war against Samsung. This time it is Samsung who is taking shots at Apple. In a sudden turn of events, Samsung has filed a new lawsuit against Apple Inc in a US court for infringing on Samsung patents. The device which has come under fire is iPhone5. According to Samsung the much hyped phone of the year is no novelty. In a statement, Samsung said: “…we have little choice but to take the steps necessary to protect our innovations and intellectual property rights.” Last week, US appeals court passed the ruling against the ban of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 and asked the lower court to reconsider it’s decision. Till now Apple and Samsung have locked horns in 10 countries regarding the patent disputes.
