It is heard that Sony’s new flagship phone is just round the corner and rumors about its specification are creating plenty of ripples in the smartphone market. Here what is being mentioned about the phone so far: According to Phone arena C660X Yuga would be powered by a quad-core processor from Samsung and would have a 3GB RAM. The incredible feature of the phone would be 128 GB RAM which twice as much as iPhone5. The phone will have a 5 inch full HD display and is likely to feature 16-megapixel camera with a monstrous 3000mAh battery. What has taken the smartphone world by surprise is that the phone would be water and dust resistant. The folks over at Xperia Blog state that the Sony C660X Yuga will feature a glass-back, similar to what we saw in the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. C660X Yuga may make its appearance in CES 2013 in Las Vegas.
