Sony Xperia Tablet Z: Sony unveiled its Tablet Z a short while ago, and like its flagship smartphone, this one also boasts of being water and dust resistant – a sturdy choice indeed. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find a 10.1 inch screen with a resolution of 1200X1920 pixels. This tablet is powered by a quad-core 1.5 GHz Snapdragon Krait processor and 2 GB of RAM, with 16 GB of internal storage space as well as a microSD card slot. There’s a gorgeous 8.1 MP camera in the rear, making it a powerful photo-capture tool and there’s a 2.2 MP front-facing camera for making video calls too. The tablet comes with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and can be upgraded to Android 4.2.A 6,000 mAh battery promises up to 10 hours of continuous usage on a single charge. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3: So this one’s still under wraps and everything we know so far is all based on rumors. In all likelihood, this 7-inch tablet could be powered by a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor and have a resolution of 1280X800 pixels. But we might just see an 8-inch version too – so you can expect something bigger too. We’re expecting it to be priced quite reasonably between $149 and $199. Stay tuned as we get you more on the Galaxy Tab 3 as soon as hear something.
