Xperia Z, launched at the International CES event in January this year, is finally reaching stateside exclusively on T-Mobile after already delivered to many countries globally. However, the unlocked version of the same is available in the Sony store with a price tag of $629.99. Jason Young, the vice president of product marketing, T-Mobile has described the phone as an outstanding combination of premium 4G LTE smartphone, Sony’s best features such as big, beautiful HD screen, water-resistant design and advanced camera coupled with T-Mobile’s unlimited data and speedy nationwide network. T-Mobile has indicated its availability to nationwide T-Mobile retail stores, selected national retailers and to its own dealers in coming weeks avoiding the announcement of exact date for release on its Facebook page. Xperia Z will be available from the company’s online stores too. With the pre-registration facility, customers will be updated about pre-order information and it is not supposed to be taken as pre-ordering the handset in advance and getting the same after the release. However, the price of the T-Mobile’s version of the Xperia Z is still not confirmed by the company but the black color option and a purple variant for limited time are made clear by T-Mobile.
