Samsung Galaxy S5 is likely to come with a 5.1-inch full HD screen with the Super AMOLED panel, while Xperis Z2 will be installed with 5.2-inches full HD screen. On the other hand, iPhone 6 is rumored to be available in two screen sizes – 4.7 inch and a phablet-sized 5.7 inch. The Galaxy S5 would be having the plastic body and will also have a heart-rate monitor just below the camera module, while the design of Xperia Z2 is likely to be similar to that of Z1. Meanwhile, iPhone 6 is expected to have sapphire glass display and the super tough screens. Samsung’s Galaxy S5 will be powered by a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core SoC with 2GB RAM; however, many people are predicting that the smartphone will have the new Exynos processor with 3GB RAM. The Sony Xperia Z2 will have 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and Adreno 330 GPU, while iPhone 6 is likely to be powered by iOS 8 and an A8 chip. High resolution cameras along with high-end photo editing features are expected in all the three smartphones. Samsung’s Galaxy S5 would be having a 16MP camera with 4K video shoot feature, while Xperia Z2 would be equipped with a 20.3MP camera with 4K recording support. However, iPhone 6 is expected to boast an 8.0 megapixel main camera and a 3.2 megapixel front camera with autofocus and LED flash.
