The premium smartphone market has heated up with some great offerings like the recently released Apple iPhone 5s and the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Both these devices have taken mobile phones to the next level. The iPhone 5s specifications are quite impressive, the biggest news is not even the biometric fingerprint sensor in the home button it is the fact that the iPhone 5s has a 64 bit micro processor – something that has been in the realm of computers till now. The Galaxy Note 3 is probably one of the best devices made by Samsung ever! It has 3 GB RAM which is really impressive on a smartphone. But recent new released by Samsung has indicated the Galaxy S5 will have a 64 bit processor as well. And with the recent focus that Samsung has on RAM figures it is not hard to imagine that the Galaxy S5 will have 4 GB of RAM! This would have the added benefit of giving the chance for the Galaxy S5 to be better than the iPhone 5s.
