Apple is reported to trade in the required number of display panels with high resolution from LG Display in the following months. These Retina-made display panels will meet the firm’s requirement to ship around three million units of iPad Mini 2 in October this year. iPads made with Retina Display are expected to beat previous sales record of Apple’s devices. LG Display, we hear has boosted the production process of panels to meet Apple’s original release date for the iPad Mini. However, certain reports also indicate towards Sharp and Samsung also working on to produce some parts for the iPad Mine 2, following the reports of production problems at AU Optronics. Apple also plans to unveil the iPad 5 this October, producing around six million devices for the last three months of 2013. Lighter and slimmer, the iPad 5 is expected to hold a 9.7-inch screen with Apple’s latest iOS 7.
