Samsung Galaxy S3 mini has gone into a pre-installation phase where it is getting Android 4.1.2 as its OS. Till now Samsung S3 mini was about to get launched in the market with Android 4.1. But if it’s Android 4.1.2 then it means the phone would have a Samsung premium suite. This simply means that the device would come packed with features such as Page Buddy, Multi Window, Paper Artist, Group Cast, Smart Rotation etc. Samsung S3 mini is creating quite a stir in the market. It was recently in the news when Apple withdrew its case against Samsung on the pretext that Samsung Galaxy S3 won’t be sold in the U.S but mini can.
