Also getting down to pixels, the Lumia boasts of 1280×768 pixels resolution with 326 ppi and iPhone 5 has resolution of 1136×640 pixels with 332 ppi. I am leaving the calculations to you. Coming down to design Apple’s iPhone 5 looks great with a sleek body made of aluminum and glass. Added to this device is an additional row of icons on the homepage to fiddle with. On the opposite side, the Nokia Lumia 920 is more colorful with choices of yellow, red, white, black or grey body, so the look is more customized here. I got a red one and it does stand out in looks. Next in line, camera A flashy camera completes the picture and for these two phones, it is a tough call. The Nokia Lumia 920 boasts of an 8.7 megapixel rear PureView camera with 1.2 pixels at the front. On the other side, the iPhone 5 has an 8 megapixel camera, which also lets me take pics while I shoot videos. So on camera front, both the devices are in A-front. Now, wireless charging The Nokia Lumia 920 comes packed with a special charging pod, making charging a completely tangle free process. Apple’s lightning connector is also the latest and can be inserted upside down. But Nokia’s charging pod is the catch here. The User Interface Both the smartphones are easy-to-use and have simple sensitive interface. But in this case too, Nokia takes the lead. The Nokia PureView is great. It has everything including fingertips, fingernails, gloves, and everything else. Surely, Nokia has the technology, whereas Apple doesn’t. Considering all features, even though Apple has managed to sell over 2 million iPhone 5 devices so far, there’s no doubt that the competition out there is tough. Nokia has all its hopes set to win the smartphone market with its Lumia series and considering all the pros, the phone surely leans me towards it more. So which one do you prefer?
