The Surface Pro, even though is a terrific piece of technology, hasn’t quite managed to make a mark yet, but there’s a key strength that it has against the iPad, as do its other competitors – that of multitasking. Even though there’s no doubting the robustness and smoothness of the iOS experience, there’s really no way to run numerous apps on the iPad efficiently. On the other hand, Microsoft has put in the Snap View feature in its tablet, which lets users split the screen between two apps in a 70:30 ratio – this could soon turn into 50:50 with Windows Blue. The Galaxy Note 8.0 and the Xperia Z let users customize their multitasking requirements, letting you resize the apps on the screen to your convenience. Is this something Apple could fix in the iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2, whenever they do come out?
