The Surface Pro 3 is distinct in the sense that it has a 12 inch screen and comes in five distinct configurations. With 8GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, Surface Pro 3 is unique indeed. Meanwhile, those wanting to own a surface mini tablet will have to wait a while as the company plans to wait a while before launching the same.
