On the other hand, the user interface of Windows 8.1 has been substantially changed from the “classic” Windows look, so it requires a little tweaking for many applications. Windows 7 has a very good market presence and the full installation copy of its Home Premium edition can be obtained at a price of around USD90, as compared to an upgrade copy of Windows 8 that costs USD120.
