While the iPad has been the reigning leader of tablets, looks like the iPad Mini 2 could overthrow its big brother and become more popular in 2013. Analysts have predicted that Apple’s range of tablets could see a similar trend like in the case of the iPod where the Nano and Mini went on to become more popular than the original Classic. One of the biggest drawbacks of the iPad Mini launched last year was its low-res screen without Retina Display, which Apple looks all set to fix in this year’s version of the miniature tablet. So if it’s an iPad with portability you’re looking for, you’re indeed better off investing  in the iPad Mini 2 over the iPad 5. After all, in terms of processing power, they’ll both be quite similarly matched too.
